Is your bed aggravating your back pain?

By crystal on July 11, 2011

One of the worst things for someone with back problems is a bed that is too soft or sags in the middle.  A quick fix would be to place a piece of plywood between the mattress and box spring.  You should avoid soft furniture as well – it can keep you sitting in a position that can aggravate, or even create, back problems.  When in doubt, sit in a nice straight high back chair.  In addition to helping to reduce or eliminate back pain with regular use,  our BackTRAX can also be used as lumbar support on furniture!
